• Returns will only be accepted if they have been approved in writing via email before the item is sent back. Returns sent without prior email approval will not be accepted.

• All returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging.

• You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Once I receive the returned item at my warehouse, I will refund the full purchase amount, less a 15% restocking fee.
