Return & Refund Policy

I have a 14-day return policy for items with a major fault.
To initiate a return or refund, please email me at alexmeucciart@gmail.com
Returns will only be accepted if they have been approved in writing via email before the item is sent back. Returns sent without prior email approval will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Once I receive the returned item at my warehouse, I will refund the full purchase amount, less a 15% restocking fee.
